How does remote assistance work?
Remote assistance is very simple. You download a small application which shows you an ID, which you send to us. When we receive the ID, we can connect to your computer as long as the support application is open. You can sit back and watch the technician work, or you can go and do something else. We will call you when we start the session, and if we have any questions. When we are finished, we will call you and explain to you what actions we took.
